Activating your energy points

This exercise activates the energy points of the meridians that run through the joints of the arms, wrists, fingers, shoulders and neck. They are also known as acupuncture points. By activating them, everything in the system is lit for action and also moves the muscles of the upper limbs, bringing more flow to the system and lightness to your day.
